Bellfounder has invested $775K in SkinBit, supporting the company as it builds its next stage of growth.
Today we are pleased to welcome SkinBit to the Bellfounder portfolio. We invested $775K as part of the company’s Pre-seed round, with the broader round raising $6M.
What SkinBit does
SkinBit uses high-resolution photography to create a detailed record of a person’s skin. Dermatologists review the scans, and the service keeps the images and reports as a baseline that can be compared with future visits.
Why we invested
Preventive care works best when changes can be seen clearly over time. SkinBit is building a consistent record rather than treating every skin check as an isolated visit. We invested because the company combines a straightforward patient experience with a clear clinical workflow and a model that can expand through repeat use.
What comes next
Our investment will support the rollout of more locations, improvements to the imaging experience and the company’s work with dermatology teams.
